About the Role
Akumen Group is pleased to announce an open position for a German-Speaking Sales Manager.
As the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, the Sales Manager plays a key role in building strong client relationships and converting them into long-term partnerships. This helps both parties achieve their business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Provide consultations to clients in German regarding company products and services

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Required Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a call center is mandatory

Experience in the industrial or outsourcing/call center industry is a plus

Stable employment history

Strong communication skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

Results-oriented attitude

Fluency in German (at least B2 level)

Willingness to start immediately (without prior notice)
Working Conditions

On-site work (office-based), full-time position

Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5/2 schedule)
