JSC Ziraat Bank Georgia, which is subsidiary of the biggest Turkish bank, will employ an experienced Customer Relation Assistant in Tbilisi (Tbilisi Branch, VarketiliBranch, GldaniBranch).
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide service to physical and legal persons
- Visiting and interviewing customers and discussing their financial requirements
- Following branch’s portfolio and working on the increase of customer portfolio
- Participating on the issuance of loan and trade products
- Process and prepare Retail and Business credit applications
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects
- Preparing reports about portfolio
The Skills Required
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- At least 4 years of experience in Banking;
- Experience in analysis of financial documents;
- Ability to teamwork;
- High sense of responsibility and effective time- management;
- Good knowledge of English and / or Turkish languages;
